With over 25 years of professional experience, Luca has founded two financial companies and a water filtration startup, successfully growing them to become sustainable and profitable.
Throughout various leadership roles in finance and Executive Search, he has witnessed the financial sector's profound evolution over the last two decades and identified an urgent need for change in talent recruitment.
Luca holds a Master's degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
